This agreement is between TEMA ABUNDANCE L.L.C., 30 N Gould Street N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, acting for its brand ON ABUNDANCY and the ON Signature Properties development ("ON ABUNDANCY"), and the person or company requesting member access ("Recipient").

Diese Vereinbarung wird geschlossen zwischen der TEMA ABUNDANCE L.L.C., 30 N Gould Street N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, handelnd für ihre Marke ON ABUNDANCY und die Entwicklung von ON Signature Properties („ON ABUNDANCY“), und der Person oder dem Unternehmen, das Member-Zugang anfragt („Empfänger“).

El presente acuerdo se celebra entre TEMA ABUNDANCE L.L.C., 30 N Gould Street N, Sheridan, WY 82801, EE. UU., en nombre de su marca ON ABUNDANCY y del desarrollo de ON Signature Properties («ON ABUNDANCY»), y la persona o empresa que solicita el acceso como member («Receptor»).

ON ABUNDANCY shares information solely so that the Recipient can assess a possible participation as investor, owner or agent, operator or medical partner (the "Purpose").

ON ABUNDANCY stellt Informationen ausschließlich zur Verfügung, damit der Empfänger eine mögliche Beteiligung als Investor, Eigentümer oder Makler, Betreiber oder medizinischer Partner prüfen kann (der „Zweck“).

ON ABUNDANCY facilita información únicamente para que el Receptor valore una posible participación como inversor, propietario o agente, operador o socio médico (la «Finalidad»).

All information made available in the member area or in connection with it: concept, films, images, plans, numbers, programmes, the search profile, properties under review, partners and terms, in any form.

Alle Informationen, die im Member-Bereich oder im Zusammenhang damit zugänglich gemacht werden: Konzept, Filme, Bilder, Pläne, Zahlen, Programme, Suchprofil, Objekte in Prüfung, Partner und Konditionen, in jeder Form.

Toda la información facilitada en el área de members o en relación con ella: concepto, películas, imágenes, planos, cifras, programas, perfil de búsqueda, inmuebles en estudio, socios y condiciones, en cualquier formato.

The Recipient keeps the information strictly confidential, uses it only for the Purpose, shares it only with advisers bound by equal confidentiality and only where necessary, and does not pass on access keys, films or documents.

Der Empfänger behandelt die Informationen streng vertraulich, nutzt sie nur für den Zweck, gibt sie nur an ebenso zur Vertraulichkeit verpflichtete Berater weiter und nur soweit nötig, und gibt Zugangsschlüssel, Filme oder Unterlagen nicht weiter.

El Receptor mantendrá la información en estricta confidencialidad, la utilizará solo para la Finalidad, la compartirá únicamente con asesores sujetos a igual confidencialidad y solo cuando sea necesario, y no cederá claves de acceso, películas ni documentos.

For three years the Recipient will not, directly or through others, approach properties, owners, operators, doctors or investors introduced by ON ABUNDANCY in order to pursue the concept or a comparable project without ON ABUNDANCY, and will not use the concept for its own projects.

Drei Jahre lang wird der Empfänger weder selbst noch über Dritte Objekte, Eigentümer, Betreiber, Ärzte oder Investoren, die ON ABUNDANCY vorgestellt hat, ansprechen, um das Konzept oder ein vergleichbares Vorhaben ohne ON ABUNDANCY zu verfolgen, und das Konzept nicht für eigene Projekte nutzen.

Durante tres años el Receptor no contactará, directamente ni a través de terceros, con inmuebles, propietarios, operadores, médicos o inversores presentados por ON ABUNDANCY para desarrollar el concepto o un proyecto comparable sin ON ABUNDANCY, ni utilizará el concepto para proyectos propios.

These obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes public without the Recipient's fault, was lawfully known to the Recipient beforehand, or must be disclosed by law.

Die Pflichten gelten nicht für Informationen, die ohne Verschulden des Empfängers öffentlich sind oder werden, die dem Empfänger nachweislich bereits rechtmäßig bekannt waren oder die gesetzlich offengelegt werden müssen.

Estas obligaciones no se aplican a la información que sea o pase a ser pública sin culpa del Receptor, que este ya conociera lícitamente o que deba revelarse por ley.

All rights to the concept, films, images and documents remain with ON ABUNDANCY. This agreement creates no licence and no obligation to enter into any transaction.

Alle Rechte an Konzept, Filmen, Bildern und Unterlagen bleiben bei ON ABUNDANCY. Diese Vereinbarung begründet keine Lizenz und keine Pflicht zu einem Geschäftsabschluss.

Todos los derechos sobre el concepto, las películas, las imágenes y los documentos pertenecen a ON ABUNDANCY. El presente acuerdo no otorga licencia alguna ni obliga a realizar ninguna operación.

The obligations apply for three years from access. On request the Recipient deletes or returns all information received.

Die Pflichten gelten drei Jahre ab Zugang. Auf Verlangen löscht der Empfänger alle erhaltenen Informationen oder gibt sie zurück.

Las obligaciones rigen durante tres años desde el acceso. A petición, el Receptor eliminará o devolverá toda la información recibida.

Spanish law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca. The English version prevails.

Es gilt spanisches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Palma de Mallorca. Maßgeblich ist die englische Fassung.

Se aplica la ley española. Son competentes los juzgados de Palma de Mallorca. Prevalece la versión inglesa.

The Recipient accepts this agreement by ticking the box when requesting access and again with the first use of their personal key. Acceptance is recorded with date and time.

Der Empfänger nimmt diese Vereinbarung an, indem er bei der Zugangsanfrage das Feld ankreuzt und erneut mit der ersten Nutzung seines persönlichen Schlüssels. Die Annahme wird mit Datum und Uhrzeit protokolliert.

El Receptor acepta este acuerdo al marcar la casilla en la solicitud de acceso y de nuevo con el primer uso de su clave personal. La aceptación queda registrada con fecha y hora.
